Welcome back to Earth, Artemis II Pioneers

At a fragile time in our history, when too many divisions run so deep, when this world conspires to pull us away from each other, when negativity casts a pall over all the beauty we have here, watching the progress of Artemis II and its crew of pioneering heroes has been awesome and inspiring.

We are at our worst when we insulate, when we navel-gaze and fold in on ourselves... and we're at our best when we go out, when we are sent forth, when we embrace our pioneering nature.

To the crew of Artemis II, welcome back to Earth! Thank you for literally loving us all to the moon and back.

"In all of this emptiness — this is a whole bunch of nothing, this thing we call the universe — you have this oasis, this beautiful place (Earth) that we get to exist (in) together."--- Astronaut Victor Glover
